FABRICATION: The intricate design and fabrication of a sea-deployed parachute is facilitated by following techniques, procedures and guidelines established in the Defense and Aerospace industries. This includes materials selection. It includes design factors such as the dimensioning of lines, risers, panels, skirt and vent. It covers the proper sewing of joints and unions to obtain stress relief and ensure that loads are primarily carried in the main tension members (radials and tapes) instead of the lighter material of the canopy itself. The PARA-TECH name is your assurance of quality fabrication in accordance with standards established in the parachute industry. Additionally, all PARA-TECH sea anchors are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year.
